Alicia Cervera, Sr.
Founder
A native of Peru, Alicia met & married Javier Cervera in Cuba, where her father served as Peruvian ambassador. Together, they immigrated to Miami in 1961. Alicia soon found herself immersed in the local real estate market on behalf of Latin American friends seeking new home bases as well as second homes in this exciting young city on the rise.

By the late 1960’s, it was clear to Alicia that Miami’s sleepy seaside villas were destined to be replaced by the soaring luxury condominiums of a modern multicultural capital.

Cervera Real Estate quickly grew as major developers came to rely on the firm in a significant new way: not just for sales/broker support, but for turn-key consulting services on product development, PR and advertising campaigns, even site signage and building features.
