Elizabeth Castillo

As a lifelong Miami resident, Elizabeth Castillo serves clients with impeccable insight into the South Florida real estate market that only a native can provide. Because she spent her entire childhood and most of her post-collegiate adult life here in the Miami area, she has seen first-hand how neighborhoods have emerged and evolved over the years. Specifically, Elizabeth is quite knowledgeable about Miami Shores, Biscayne Park, Belle Meade, Brickell, South Beach, and South Miami. What's more, her prior career expertise in the hospitality and tourism industry gives her a very robust understanding of what motivates buyers, and what influences pricing and market trends.

Prior to joining Cervera, Elizabeth worked extensively in the restaurant and hospitality industry for such brands as Marriott, Nordstrom, an award-winning Aventura restaurant, and most recently managing a high-profile eatery on the downtown Miami riverfront. Her accomplishments in this demanding, fast-paced industry helped her hone her talent for quickly responding to real estate opportunities on behalf of her clients. Just like the hospitality industry, you often only get one chance to make a lasting impression. That's why my philosophy is to never put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

In addition to being dedicated to her clients, Elizabeth is also devoted to her family. Her parents and sisters still live in Miami and they get together often. Like any Miami native, Elizabeth also loves any activity on the water but is happy to mix things up snow skiing as well. She is a graduate of Florida State University and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
