Joshua Galt

Joshua Galt brings a diverse skill set to the ever-changing Miami real estate market with expertise in communications, technology, entrepreneurship, business, and fashion. Taken together, these attributes have shaped Joshua's unique real estate style that focuses on extensive marketing, customer follow-up, and differentiating from the competition. Every single client is equally important to me, explains Joshua. So, I make myself available 24/7 in all scenarios to try and deliver exactly what they want, every time. For South Florida real estate clients, that means having a motivating resource for exploring the wide variety of housing options in the area that is unlike anywhere else in the world. It also means opening up the world of cultures that come together to make the greater Miami-Dade and Broward communities so special. Currently, Joshua specializes in condominium sales in Brickell and Downtown Miami, but routinely works throughout the metropolitan area as far north as Fort Lauderdale and everywhere in between.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Joshua has also lived in Barbados, and Tampa before calling Miami home. While in Tampa, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Tampa which gave him the tools and resources to succeed in the real estate field. His previous career experience also includes Head of sales for the Project Patois fashion and charity event brand in Trinidad and Tobago; Sales Associate with Vibrant Technologies Solutions Limited; and as a Data Entry Associate and Programmer with Miami-based communications company, TecIntegra. However, real estate has always been at the forefront of Joshua's career aspirations. Our family moved often when I was growing up, and viewing homes always sparked my interest, he shares. I loved seeing what worked and what didn't for my family and listening to my parent's thoughts on what best suited our lifestyle. I continue to be intrigued by the housing market and enjoy helping others find that home that was made just for them.

In his time away from work, Joshua enjoys watching and playing soccer and has a huge passion for performance cars. He also likes spending time with his fiance a medical student he is confident will be one of Miami's top doctors in the near future.
