Juan Morales Realtor Associate JuanMorales is a realtor associate specializing in new construction residential real estate. Although Juan was born and raised in Queens, New York, Miami has his heart. Juan admires the city and its sports teams; he says, “all about the U and the HEAT!”

Before embarking on the real estate industry, Juan established himself in national and international sales marketing with U.S Top 100 companies. Aside from this career path, Juan’s entrepreneurial journey consisted of running and operating his advertising agency, which specifically focused on travel and leisure in Florida and the Caribbean.

His passion for hospitality and marketing reinforced his talent for assisting clients and marketing himself. He decided to combine his talent and passion and indulge himself in an industry that will complement the two elements, Real Estate. His marketing background and knowledge for South Florida allow him to develop strategies for properties to market them to the right audience. Juan brings knowledge of the market, properties, and culture, to create the luxury real estate experience.

Juan’s passion for real estate goes the same distance as his love for Miami. He says, “Miami is like an unknown city, being a young city, Miami, diverse culture, cuisine, sports, and beaches makes this a unique stopping place for many.”
