Sherezade Vacas

Sherezade Vacas is an experienced realtor specializing in residential and commercial real estate. A native of Caracas, Venezuela, she grew up between Caracas and Miami where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media Studies and a master’s in marketing from Florida International University. Her previous career as marketing director for a FinTech gave her a strong background in digital marketing and SEO, both extremely valuable in real estate.

Known for her enthusiasm and passion, Sherezade is a real estate investor herself, and she loves how it allows you to put money to work for you and the infinite possibilities that come along with the business.

In her opinion a perfect deal is one where all objections are handled, and an agreement is reached in the timeframe established on contract. Outside of the office, Sherezade enjoys spending time in her favorite Miami neighborhood of Coconut Grove, with its lush tree-lined streets, balmy breezes, and unique artistic flair.
