Verlaine AntoineRealtor Associate
When it comes to understanding Miami's international business realm and the diverse worldwide clientele of the city's real estate market, few people can deliver the same high level of knowledge as Verlaine Antoine. She was born in Bangkok, Thailand; raised in Rome, Italy; and has lived in London, Boston, and Miami. She has also traveled extensively all over the world to more than 80 different countries, which makes her uniquely qualified to appreciate that no two buyers are exactly alike, particularly in a global metropolitan area like Miami. It is truly amazing to see, live, and experience the international growth of Miami real estate, offers Verlaine. This is a destination at the forefront of new construction, new business, and exciting changes. It is both a pleasure and a privilege to be able to help my clients achieve their goals in this dynamic setting. Currently, Verlaine's focus is on luxury residential condominiums throughout the greater Miami-Dade and Broward areas like Weston. She devotes special concentration on new and pre-construction properties in Edgewater and Brickell.
In addition to several years in real estate, Verlaine has also worked in the areas of hospitality, management, restaurant development, marketing, and professional modeling, which has given her broad business exposure. This has allowed her to make excellent use of her Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. Most of all, however, Verlaine says it is the ability to interact with many different people that make real estate such a rewarding career. I love meeting new people and find great personal satisfaction in turning my client's dream of homeownership into a reality, she shares. Furthermore, it is so intriguing to see how people live, their different lifestyles, and their needs. Buying or selling real estate is a large lifetime investment and I enjoy being a helpful part of the process.
Verlaine is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
