Alexandra Goeseke Cervera
Director of General Real EstateAs director of general real estate sales and leasing for Cervera Real Estate, Alexandra Goeseke Cervera leverages her experience, education, and ingenuity to drive the future of one of Miami’s oldest and largest independently owned real estate brokerages. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has successfully managed and sold-out several luxury high-rise condominium towers, accomplished record-breaking sales and grown the firm’s commercial real estate division.
Alexandra joined Cervera Real Estate amidst the peak of the Great Recession and took on the role of sales manager for Epic Residences. In this capacity, she gained critical first-hand leadership experience overcoming the challenges of selling in a down market. By applying a hands-on management approach, combined with creative sales strategies, she led the team to a successful sell-out.
Shortly thereafter, Alexandra brought the new development condominium 321 Ocean Drive – located on the last buildable oceanfront lot in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood – to Cervera for exclusive sales and marketing representation. As project manager of 321 Ocean Drive, Alexandra was involved with all aspects of product development, including: research and market analysis; determining appropriate residence mix; providing design input (e.g., floor plan layouts, maximizing views, incorporating efficient and practical concepts, etc.); and planning recreational amenities. Under her leadership, the project sales team accomplished sell-out on-time and exceeded projected sales revenue.
In 2018, Alexandra spearheaded the launch and sales of 12|12 Aventura, a mixed-used commercial development in the Aventura medical district. Alexandra is currently serving as sales director for Vita at Grove Isle, which launched in 2021 as the most sophisticated project to date by renowned Miami luxury developer Ugo Colombo.
As a real estate broker, she remains extremely involved in generating new sales and rentals throughout the Miami area, specializing in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Aventura, and Key Biscayne. As a member of the third generation of the Cervera family and more than 15 years working in South Florida real estate, Alexandra has acquired valuable knowledge of the market, directly witnessed several transformations, and developed enormously useful instincts. Her instincts have proven indispensable, especially for worldwide buyers, who are able to benefit from her strong domestic and international sphere of influence.
Alexandra has long-standing record of social awareness and participates in numerous charitable organizations. She is perhaps most proud of serving on the Benefit Committee for Orphaned Starfish Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to working with orphans, victims of abuse and at-risk youth through computer technology. She also assists with fundraising for the San Juan de Dios Clinic for Children in Peru. In addition, she serves on the Real Estate Council for FIU Tibor and Sheila Hollo School of Real Estate.
Alexandra is an accomplished scholar with a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University and a master’s degree in international real estate from Florida International University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida International University.
Born and raised in Miami, Alexandra grew up in Coral Gables with her parents. Alexandra is fluent in English and Spanish.
