Alicia McCormack Malave has been in real estate for more than 30 years. During that time, she has repeatedly proven her ability to generate results and value. In her early career at Cervera, Alicia was instrumental in accelerating evolving areas to the top of the market thanks to her outstanding customer service, long-term relationship building, and highly organized management approach. Spotlight achievements include her work with Grovenor House in Coconut Grove, Grand Bay Key Biscayne, and Epic in Downtown Miami. She then became known as one of the industry's most dynamic, top-producing agents while working with other brokerages to gain a 360-degree picture of Miami's rapidly changing realm of high-end pre-construction sales.

As Alicia now returns to Cervera to lead the Elysee Miami sales team, she brings with her the respect of clients, developers, and fellow agents alike for her loyal, trustworthy professionalism and motivational leadership style. My passion for real estate arises from the enjoyment that comes with selling the dream which is the central experience of pre-construction sales, Alicia shares. It is exciting and gratifying to verbally portray the developer's vision and lifestyle for a project and then lead clients through seeing the construction come to fruition.

Alicia is also an expert in numerous aspects of the sales and sales management process including developer and client relations, sales office operations and oversight, negotiations and all components of transactions, comprehensive management of sales staff, sales and traffic reporting, marketing, advertising, promotional events, and more. Unsurprisingly, her proven results-driven approach has led to impressive successes such as the complete sellout within 18 months of Grovenor House, a double penthouse sale to a single buyer at Grove at Grand Bay, and another penthouse sale at Epic.

Alicia has lived in Miami nearly all her life, making her an excellent source of knowledge on all of Miami's top neighborhoods  Coral Gables, Dadeland, Pinecrest, South Miami, Brickell, Downtown, Doral, the beaches, and Key Biscayne, her home of the past 24 years. She first came to the city as an infant when her family immigrated from Cuba. She grew up and attended school in the South Miami area before earning her degree in Business Administration with a Major in Finance at The University of Miami. After graduating, Alicia and her husband moved to Caracas, Venezuela where they lived and worked for 10 years. They returned to Miami in the early 90s and before returning to Miami.

Outside her professional life, Alicia enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband of 36 years and their three children. She also continues a family tradition she inherited from her mother her involvement with Centro Hispano Catolico an organization that provides preschool to children at low or no cost depending on each family's ability to pay. The program runs through Catholic Charities helps raise funds for the school's many needs.

Alicia is fluent in English and Spanish.
