Carmen's real estate success builds on a thriving earlier career in film and television. With a
resume that includes both on-camera and behind the scenes work, Carmen has appeared
opposite Brendan Fraser, James Wood and Mark Hamill in several films. She was the host of the
Emmy-nominated entertainment news series "American Pulse" for the WB Channel in NYC
where she won a New York State Broadcasting Award and co-starred in the Spanish telenovela,
"El Magnate" for Telemundo. Behind the camera, she's been an Associate Producer for
Universal and Assistant to the Director for Hugh Wilson on "First Wives Club" and Dudley DoRight".
Having built a close relationship with the Cervera family during her high school years, Carmen
eventually turned her talents toward real estate where her blend of creativity and business
acumen quickly earned her recognition and success.
Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in Coral Gables, Carmen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and
Film from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. Her impressive client list includes
high-profile athletes, celebrities and restaurant deals for the Miami outposts of Zuma, Bachour
Bistro, la Petite Maison, Coya and Hutong. She has been instrumental in the success of major
Cervera developments including the Epic Residences, Grovenor House, Latitude on the River
and Metropolis and has earned numerous top producer awards for her outstanding
performance.
Dedicated to giving back, Carmen actively supports animal welfare and anti-cruelty
organizations like the ASPCA and Farm Sanctuary. Her deep understanding of South Florida's
