service. Originally from Managua, Nicaragua, Claude moved to Miami at the age of ten
and has called the city home ever since. Her academic path spans Florida International
University, the University of Rio Grande, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Full Sail
University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix—reflecting a unique balance of
creativity and business acumen that informs her approach to real estate.
Prior to real estate, Claude spent over 15 years as a life coach and business consultant,
roles that sharpened her ability to listen, guide, and advocate for others. Her
professional experience also includes work in the healthcare and immigration sectors,
further instilling a sense of discipline, empathy, and cultural awareness. She is known
for being highly accessible, clear in communication, and deeply committed to her
clients’ success—qualities that make her a trusted partner in every transaction.
Claude specializes in residential real estate throughout South Miami, Pinecrest, Coral
Gables, and Brickell, and is eager to expand her expertise into the commercial market.
