Claudia Dunin Borkowsky

Claudia Dunin began her real estate career in 1992 with a focus on development. Years later in 2006, she decided to focus on general real estate sales where she has remained ever since. Claudia joined Cervera in 2011 because she was attracted to the company's tradition, reputation, and knowledge of real estate in Florida. Claudia's largest transaction to date was luxury condominium residence at Ocean House in Miami Beach's exclusive South of Fifth neighborhood, which sold for $5 million.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Claudia also lived in Bahia, Brazil, and Boston, MA before finally settling in Miami. Claudia's fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, English, and French has enabled her to work with international clients and maximized her client base to be all over the world. While in Brazil, Claudia studied Architecture, Interior Design, and went to Law School. When she moved to Miami, she finished her studies in real estate. Claudia's love of sales and the industry comes out in all her work. Her persistence and dedication have enabled her to close many deals and succeed in all the projects she undertakes.
