Active in the real estate industry for over a decade, and affiliated with Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS) since 2001, Despina Ikonomidou joined Cervera Real Estate in June 2011 and specializes in the Brickell, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, and South of Fifth neighborhoods. She is aware that, as South Florida's industry leader in condominium sales since 1969, the Cervera Real Estate team has exclusively represented the most prominent developers and continues to broaden those relationships while expanding its global reach. Born and raised in Greece, Ms. Ikonomidou is fluent in English and Greek and earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in architecture from the University of Kent, England. She participated in various design and development projects in Greece and England and acquired considerable business experience while working in the stock market in Los Angeles. She is also a member of Master Brokers Forum, an elite group of associates that has achieved a long record of success in real estate sales, combined with a reputation for operating under a rigid standard that upholds high ethical values.

Having lived in Miami since the year 2000, and working for the leading real estate company of South Florida since 2001, Ms. Ikonomidou offers each client a wealth of resources and options.
