Enrique Ramentol

Having joined with Cervera Real Estate in the summer of 2001, Broker Associate Enrique Ramentol has been training for a career in the real estate profession since early childhood, when he would pass around flyers for his family's real estate business in Venezuela. After he made sure that everyone had received a brochure, he put in several more years mastering every position within the company ultimately representing the firm for ten years as their attorney before moving to the United States.

Consistently described by his clients as efficient, loyal and trustworthy, Enrique's focus is on the Dadeland, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach areas. He is well known for bringing his expertise as a real estate attorney in Venezuela to his position as a real estate broker in Miami. He was successfully involved in sales in the following buildings: The Mark (2001), Bel Aire (2002), The Aston (2003), The Latitude (2004), Havana Lofts (2010), and 1607 Ponce (2011).
