Javier Lopez

I've always found there is something very special about Miami, says Javier Lopez, a real estate professional with a strong business background and decades of experience traveling throughout the world. Even after visiting the other U.S. and other global destinations, I fell in love with the energy and diversity of this beautiful city so I understand exactly how my clients feel when they decide to make this their home. It is through this shared feeling about South Florida that Javier applies his considerable business and financial skills towards the purchase, sale, or rental of residential properties throughout the greater Miami area.

Prior to working in real estate, Javier began his career as a staff accountant for a large auto parts distributor in his native Venezuela. His tireless work ethic and attention to detail quickly moved him up the ranks in the company and he became the Chief Financial Officer. He now applies the same passion for business with his unique ability to connect with people, which is what he says is the most rewarding aspect of the real estate field. There are hopes and dreams behind every transaction,  he explains. Respecting that is what elevates a real estate deal to a successful personal and financial experience. Javier currently focuses on residential condominiums and single-family homes throughout Miami's most popular neighborhoods, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Kendall, Doral, and elsewhere.

Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Javier earned his accounting degree from the Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacin in 2002. He has been a Miami resident since 2009, and is a licensed Florida Real Estate associate.
