Jessica Rivera

Jessica Rivera is a highly motivated and accomplished sales executive with more than 15 years of experience in competitive sales industries. Driven by a tireless work ethic and a natural talent for relating to people, Jessica has proven herself effective on numerous real estate development projects as well as among individual clients seeking to make the best possible sale or purchase in the South Florida market. As a professional with more than 15 years in real estate sales, Jessica's approach is solid. In development sales, Jessica was a top producer in 2009 while working with Cervera's Related Group division and she was responsible for a $4 million multi-unit sale when working as an in-house sales agent for another project. For her individual clients, she has served such high-profile clientele as Osmel Souza, the well-known Venezuelan spokesman, and other private clients who value her excellent communication skills. Among this group, her top accomplishments include the sale of a $2 million condominium to a single buyer. In all her business dealings, Jessica's savvy knowledge of the market allows her to advise clients of the best possible opportunities and make confident decisions regarding their purchase or sale.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, and raised in Lima, Peru, Jessica has been a Miami resident for close to 20 years. It's my favorite city in the world, she says of her hometown of choice. Prior to making Miami home, Jessica also lived in San Diego, California while attending college. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media Communication from The University of Lima in Peru. She is also a certified Montessori Kindergarten Teacher who completed her teacher training at the respected Maria Montessori Miami Institute. Jessica has been a licensed Florida real estate professional since 2000.

In addition to serving a wide variety of real estate clients, Jessica also believes in serving her community. She is actively involved in volunteer and fundraising efforts for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital organization and Angels Face an international adoption firm.

Jessica is fully fluent in both English and Spanish and has a conversational knowledge of Portuguese, French, and Italian.
