Starting her Real Estate career she was awarded a 2016 Better Beach Award as a “Miami Beach Rising Star”. In addition to her extensive career experience, Joyce is also quite accomplished academically, athletically and artistically. She holds a degree in Political Science and a Certificate in Journalism from the Central University of Venezuela. She also holds a certification in Screenwriting from Miami-Dade College, and is a licensed Real Estate professional in the State of Florida since 2015. While in college in Venezuela, Joyce played on the collegiate basketball team for five years, and was a member of the Underwater Activities Club. She is a SCUBA diver and free diver. Creatively, she has published three digital comic books. Behind all of her achievements, Joyce gives tremendous credit and appreciation for her family. She loves sailing with her family and friends. Joyce is fluent in English and Spanish.
