Luz Amaya

Luz Amaya is a Realtor Associate at Cervera Real Estate, specialized in new construction and
residential real estate. She majored in Psychology at Florida International University. Her
education refined her analysis and interpersonal abilities but, most importantly, redefined her communication. Luz says, "buying or selling a home can be stressful and emotional. As a real estate agent, I help people remain calm through times when the market can be crazy. It's crucial to be empathetic and kind to every client I meet along the way."

In Luz's eyes, the most self-rewarding aspect of a realtor is the human connections she builds
with her network. She says, "my career path allows me to learn about people from all different
walks of life, but the beauty of it all is learning about my clients' diverse cultures throughout the process."

Growing up in the city, Miami is Luz's bread and butter. She adds, "Miami is a melting pot of
culture and diversity, and that's what makes it so unique; we have people from all different
cultures and heritage that add the spark to our Magic City." Luz serves as the nexus connecting Miami to its culture.
