Madison Gardner

Madison Gardner is a Miami native with over ten years of experience managing some of the top-performing Massage Envy locations in the nation before transitioning into real estate. Since making the move, she’s quickly made her mark—becoming the youngest member of the in-house sales team at 72 Park during its launch and earning Top Producer status in Q1 of 2025 with over $5 million in sales. Madison is currently part of the in-house sales teams for both 72 Park and Palma Miami Beach Residences, while also specializing in rentals and sales across Brickell, Downtown Miami, and greater Miami-Dade.

With a clear focus on helping young professionals find their place in Miami, Madison has built her personal brand, Madi Moves Miami, to reflect her mission of making real estate approachable, empowering, and exciting. She is also the founder of Cervera’s Under 40 Young Professionals Group and proudly serves on the Leadership Board for the Young Professionals Network of the Miami Association of Realtors.
