20+ years of work experience in international sales and marketing, strategic and project management, high-end branding, and product placement. She began her career in international trade procurement and logistics, responsible for strategic and budgetary planning, she was then given the opportunity to head international marketing and branding initiatives, gaining experience in organizing trade shows in the US, Europe, and Latin America, negotiating cross-border commercial agreements and successfully expanding clientele base. In 2008 she was selected to lead the international expansion of the company by establishing an operation in the U.S, Hype Logistics. This experience in the US allowed her to build an extensive network and customer base that increasingly demanded trustworthy and reliable services seeking real estate ventures in the U.S. In 2013, after obtaining her license, she launched her real estate consulting firm, capitalizing on the international network that she developed over the years.
In 2014 and 2015, earned Top Producer status in General Real Estate from AG Advisor selling >$20MM USD. Her portfolio of clients consists of large family offices, high-net-worth and high-profile individuals from the Latin American region. Recent developments in the Brazilian economy and currency exchange rates have impacted the current real estate market environment. This has led her to develop a group of investors in Miami focus on distressed property investments, by making joint ventures with prestigious local developers, such as CEN Construction, Somi Homes, and others. In 2015, she accepted a position with Cervera Real Estate, enhancing her capabilities and services to her existing clientele base.
Mariana has a degree in Business Administration from PUC Campinas-Brazil, she also obtained a B.A in Acting from Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. She later received an MBA from the prestigious Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Brazil. She is Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and conversational French.
Mariana is an active member of her community and volunteers extensively for the Brazil Foundation in Miami, over the last 3 years.
