In delivering those kinds of results, Myra has many tools she offers. She speaks four different languages. She worked in various service industries and in trade finance, she co-originated and serviced export finance loans including multiple loans totaling $20 million to a single exporter, on behalf of a single lender. With a background in interior design, she also greatly appreciates architecture. Such diverse experience has proven to be exceptionally useful in servicing the residential condo market. She currently focuses on pre-construction, new, and existing condominium properties.

Originally from Hong Kong, Myra has also lived in Brazil, allowing her to seamlessly accommodate the unique characteristics of East/West cultures and transaction customs. In her free time, she enjoys art and architecture, as well as travel and history.

Myra is fluent in English and Portuguese, written and spoken French, is conversationally fluent in the Chinese dialects of Shanghainese, Cantonese, and some Mandarin.
