Originally from Puerto Rico, Nestor Ponce de Leon has over fifteen years of experience in sales and new business development. He obtained his real estate license six years ago, and since has closed many notable transactions including an $80MM sale to a single buyer, and most recently a $1.9M residence. Specializing in
sales and leasing in the Downtown Miami and Brickell submarkets, Nestor joined Cervera due to the company's reputation as an industry leader. With a background in telecommunications, he uses his team-building and communications skills when working with buyers and sellers from all around the world.
