Paulina Muro
Realtor AssociateTo say Paulina Muro has a complete 360-degree understanding of real estate would be an understatement. Indeed, with nearly two decades in both residential and commercial sales, to both domestic and international audiences, and a proven track record for award-winning performance, Paulina is one of South Florida's most knowledgeable real estate professionals with deep insight and diverse background. Her new development and pre-construction expertise originated from her experience selling out Downtown Miami’s first development projects from 2003 to 2008.
Before real estate, Paulina worked extensively in airline sales which exposed her to a different understanding of global sales audiences and the difference in buying and selling behaviors across multiple countries and cultures. To fold in another profession that seamlessly blends with her current position, Paulina holds an interior design license. She says, "my interior design background has presented opportunities in my current specialization of pre-construction and luxury residential properties."
"I'm very passionate about what I do," Paulina shares, "I get deep into my field and the industry so that I know it inside and out." Her discipline and constant willingness to learn have tremendously benefitted her clients, who have come to expect exceptional recommendations from Paulina in all real estate transactions. In fact, her reputation for dependable results-oriented service has helped her build a global professional network that includes notable figures such as Carlos Slim, Joel Herzog, and Javier Perez de Cuellar, ultimately making her the real estate agent of choice for over 30 families that make up a unique 2,000-hectare piece of property along the Pacific Ocean in Sonora, Mexico on the Baja Peninsula. Of course, it comes as no surprise that Paulina's work has also earned her awards as a Top Producer for Loft I and Loft II in downtown Miami and quarterly Top Producer for Cervera in 2010.
Originally from the Chiclayo north of Perú, Paulina worked and resided in various sought-after cities including; Moracay Caracas, Venezuela; Lausanne Geneva, Switzerland, and Brighton London, England.
