Penni Chasens

Few real estate professionals in South Florida can say that they've been personally involved in the two greatest eras of Miami residential development  Penni Chasens is one of them. Since 1995, Penni has seen the entire metro area grow and mature and has personally contributed to the city's ever-changing skyline. In fact, many of her most impressive achievements were landmark properties for their day and age. On Miami Beach, she worked tirelessly to bring Portofino Towers, The Yacht Club at Portofino, Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande, and Icon South Beach to reality. She was also instrumental to numerous properties in downtown and Brickell, such as 900 Biscayne, One Miami, Epic Residences, The Mark, Brickell Key 2, Icon Brickell, The Residences at Viceroy, and also Grand Bay Towers on nearby Key Biscayne. Most recently, Penni has led sales efforts and overseen multiple sales associates at Marquis Miami and the all-new Grove at Grand Bay.

In her pursuit of real estate excellence, she has generated over half a billion dollars in sales and developed solid relationships with all custom builders and many of the region's most prolific developers. She has proven herself to be a Top Producer and closer again and again, with a track record of consistently generating millions in new condo sales in a matter of months. In doing so, Penni has built an extensive real estate network over her 18-year career an asset that she now leverages towards growth and results.

Besides her flawless attention to detail Penni's real estate skill covers multifamily, pre-construction, marketing, commercial and retail property, asset and portfolio management, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA; and completed her real estate training at Gold Coast School of Real Estate. As well, Penni is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida, is a Board Member of the Master Broker Forum, and a charter member of the Condo Experts Group.

Penni is actively involved in her community and is a member of Habitat for Humanity, Relief for Haiti, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure. In addition to volunteering, Penni also enjoys meeting new people and spending time taking advantage of South Florida's beautiful atmosphere with friends and family.
