After many years working in international fashion, advertising, and promotions, Samantha Surles brings her worldly-wise perspective to real estate. Her love of architecture, history, and design offers a unique skill set for those wishing to buy or sell iconic luxury residential properties in the greater Miami area. Sam is a Florida native, raised on the west coast, and a 23-year resident of Miami Beach though she has also lived in Paris, Milan, and Dusseldorf. Her experience and knowledge of the area's top neighborhoods are extensive with special insights into Miami Beach, the Design District, Miami Shores, and El Portal. She also has a talent for seeing the potential in historic properties that could benefit from a renovation. She herself owns a historic Miami home that she restored and did the same with her home in Germany. Some of the best real estate opportunities are those you create for yourself, with vision and imagination.

Throughout her career, Sam has worked with many high-profile clients including appearing in commercials alongside Dwayne Wade, Jamie Foxx, and Shaquille O'Neal. As well, she has been an instrumental team member in organizing and conducting presentations for sporting events in Europe and has assisted foreign companies with establishing U.S. operations in South Florida. What draws her to the city is Miami's international flair, beautiful weather, numerous museums and cultural venues, and vibrant sports and entertainment scene. Outside of work, Sam enjoys traveling she's been all over the world for work and pleasure including safaris in Kenya, exploring Singapore and Bali, surfing and fishing in Costa Rica, attending the Ryder Cup in Scotland and France, enjoying ATP tennis tournaments in Portugal and Germany, going to hockey and other sporting events throughout Europe and the U.S. She also loves fishing, golf, fitness activities like yoga and running, baking, and spending time with her beloved Labrador, Asa
