Sildy Cervera works diligently as sales director and project manager for Cervera Real Estate to complement an impressive selling luxury real estate in South Florida and more specifically, to further cultivate a name that is already synonymous with South of Fifth's high-end neighborhood. Sildy has sold and managed sales of the most esteemed properties in the area, including Portofino Towers, Yacht Club at Portofino, Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande, Icon, and Apogee. It was her finely honed visionÔÇöalong with that of fellow Cervera family members, icons of luxury real estate in the Miami area that successfully sold these properties, and also contributed to the development of this neighborhood that is currently home to a multitude of jet setters and celebrities both local and international seeking to experience South Beach's world-renowned lifestyle.
Before settling down in South Beach, Sildy spent over 15 years in Spain, Italy, and Japan. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, her extensive travels and exposure to different cultures have helped her to promote the Cervera name overseas as well as here at home in enhancing her ability to connect with and relate to clients from around the globe. Both international and out-of-town buyers alike contact Sildy on a regular basis for her time-tested, insightful knowledge of the South Beach market. The ability to capitalize on her multilingual proficiency and familiarity with foreign cultures also affords Sildy the opportunity to leverage these skills as a sales specialist throughout Latin America and Europe, where she has frequently been commissioned by the most prominent developers in South Florida to provide sales and marketing assistance for their properties.
Sildy has consistently been a top producer for the firm, regularly appearing on the lists of sales leaders within the company. She comes to oversee the South of Fifth office with CRE having previously served as director of sales for the Miami Beach offices of Related Cervera Realty Services (RCRS) since the year 2000, where she managed multiple condominium projects. She is a member of the Master Brokers Forum, an exclusive organization for South Florida real estate professionals, with whom affiliation is by invitation only. Sildy is also involved in Cervera's commitment to be a consistent leader in innovative research and market studies that enable the firm to provide expert counsel on real estate projects, and thereby maximize sales momentum and opportunities.
Sildy attended George Washington University in Washington, D.C. while working for Georgetown University's Center for Strategic and International Studies.
