Sofia Ghodsi

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Sofia Ghodsi is a Miami native who brings local insight and a driven sales style to the residential real estate market. She has spent years watching the city as it evolves and is adept at helping clients find properties with exceptional value and neighborhoods with strong potential for growth.

A specialist in new construction condominium sales, Sofia is a member of the in-house sales team for Natiivo Miami, the first property to be designed, built, and licensed for home sharing. She joined the team in October 2020 and played a crucial role in the sellout of the project. In the course of eight months, she generated more than $16 million in sales catering to Latin American clientele, specifically from Colombia, Mexico and Peru.

Having grown up in Miami, Sofia is well-versed in all residential hot spots, especially South Beach, Downtown, and Coral Gables.

As well, she is particularly skilled at helping clients realize their pre-construction dreams at many of the residential towers, villas, and custom-built homes available throughout the greater Miami metropolitan area. Throughout all of her work, Sofia brings an international perspective that her clients appreciate. Her own background is culturally rich with family ties to both Brazil and Iran, so she is talented at understanding where foreign tastes and local offerings intersect in terms of lifestyle as well as in architectural style, neighborhood character, and more.

Prior to working in real estate, Sofia spent a number of years as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry. It was there that she honed her skills in negotiation, evaluating actual value vs. perceived value, and the importance of timeliness in making sure no opportunity is overlooked. My clients count on me to help them win their goals and objectives. I take great pride in doing all I can to make sure those wins happen across every step of the real estate experience.

When she's not working, Sofia enjoys the city she's called home forever taking part in the diverse culture, abundant sunshine, and beautiful natural settings perfect for outdoor activities.
