Patricio Orloff serves as Cervera Real Estate's International Sales Director. A native of Buenos Aires, Patricio relocated to Miami in 1980, and began his real estate career in 1995. Since then, he has become a recognized leader in the industry known for specializing in pre-construction condominium sales in Brickell and Miami Beach. Patricio is the founder of the Orloff International Group, where his sisters Vanessa Orloff Burack, and also Christopher Hill are Realtors in the group. The team focuses heavily on international sales and business opportunities throughout South America, while also managing a portfolio of over 100 rentals for his buying customers.

Patricio joined Cervera in 2011 after working with the company on numerous projects. Prior to joining Cervera, Patricio was a consistent top producer, closing over a 1,000 real estate sales and rental transactions.
