Miami Beach

A tale of two cities exists on Miami Beach... There’s the trendy, chic, non-stop excitement of South Beach and then there’s the more relaxed easy-going pace of North Beach. South Beach residents typically choose to be close to Lincoln Road and Washington Avenue, or in the only slightly less busy neighborhoods of Flamingo Park and Southpointe.

Homes here range from quaint historic condominiums to towering new high-rises. To the north, single-family homes and grand estates appear in greater frequency, with historic hotels and resorts also present. Beautiful views, a barefoot elegance, a bike-where-you-like attitude, and great public schools and houses of worship complete the Beach experience.
