Cervera Real Estate Appoints Michelle Rojas as VP of Sales & Operations

MIAMI – May 15, 2026 – Cervera Real Estate has appointed Michelle Rojas as Vice President of Sales & Operations. In this role, she will oversee compliance across the firm and lead sales coaching and training initiatives for Cervera’s nearly 400 real estate associates. A licensed Broker Associate with more than 30 years of experience, Rojas is widely regarded as a trusted leader in South Florida real estate, known for her expertise in negotiation, risk management, and agent development.

Licensed since 1994, Rojas has built a career that spans every facet of the industry, including roles as Broker-Owner, Sales Manager, Productivity Coach, Licensed Instructor, and Loan Originator. This breadth of experience provides her with a comprehensive perspective on both the business and operational sides of real estate.

Throughout her career, Rojas has educated and mentored hundreds of real estate professionals, teaching courses on contracts, negotiations, risk management, and business development. She is a graduate of multiple leadership academies through the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Realtors®, and the Council of Residential Specialists, and remains actively involved in leadership roles across local, state, and national industry organizations.
