Haute Residence | Towering over Brickell, the Artefacto x LOFTY Collection Celebrates Next-Level Luxury
July,28 2022Nothing quite satisfies a luxury penthouse grand opening other than a well-deserved VIP celebration. Last week, LOFTY Brickell celebrated their collaboration with Artefacto, Miami’s most desirable name in the multi-million-dollar real estate industry. The celebration took place in the LOFTY Lounge, welcoming top names in Miami real estate. The branded PH collection was designed for sophisticated buyers in search of next-level luxury which can be found in all 53 turn-key homes presented by the collaboration.

Towering 35 floors above glistening business centers and chic shopping, the LOFTY PH Collection by Artefacto represents all that Miami’s waterfront city has to offer. The collection, which is located on the top 9 floors, is fully furnished apartments with contemporary luxuries and takes advantage of the building’s expansive waterfront views. Luxe amenities include the “Penthouse Observatory,” a 2,000-square-foot private amenity lounge on the 35th floor, exclusive to the penthouse homeowners and their guests.

The event was truly a night to remember, applauding Founder & CEO of Newgard Development Group and LOFTY’s developer, Harvey Hernandez, and CEO of Artefacto, Paulo Bacchi who were both in attendance at LOFTY’s Lounge. Other big names in the project also made appearances including Alicia Paysse, Director of Sales for LOFTY Brickell, and Alicia Cervera, Managing Partner at Cervera Real Estate.
