Hello, I’m Arno De Vos and these are your Miami real estate headlines.

Goodbye Miami vice – hello Miami nice. Miami mayor Francis Suarez sharing with Fox News the magic city’s recent recipe for securing record low crime numbers and high levels of economic growth. Suarez citing a combination of increased police funding – with the highest number of police officers in Miami's history - lowering taxes to the lowest levels in recorded history – leading to 12 percent economic growth and a 1.4 percent unemployment rate – all making Miami one of the happiest and healthiest cities in the country.

And it’s one last demolition for a new sky-high icon now approaching completion in downtown Miami. The developers of the Aston Martin Residences Miami knocking down their waterfront gallery –used to sell more than 95% of their residences. The gallery makes room for a large water feature and bay walk along the 800-plus foot luxury tower. The Aston Martin Residences currently on track for completion in the second quarter of 20-23 -- making it the only residential tower in all of Downtown Miami set for completion within the next year.

And sometimes even a city known for its year-round sunshine - likes to keep things cool. New renderings now released for University of Miami’s new 60-thousand seat air-conditioned football stadium. The proposed facility will include a retractable roof, a floating scoreboard, and of course, luxury suites. Backers of the stadium saying that the project will be privately funded, eyeing a deal similar to the headline-grabbing MLS soccer stadium spearheaded by David Beckham – approved earlier this year.
