Miami international airport soaring to new heights this week, welcoming two new additions to its direct international flight arsenal: Israel and Ireland. The next Miami reporting the new additions off to a flying start with business class seats selling out for all November and December flights.

And move over winter, Miami is just getting hotter, with commercial real estate. Bisnow reporting that a potential recession is hitting the commercial real estate sector — unless you're in south Florida. CBRE data showing class-a office rents in Miami jumped a whopping 17% year-over-year in q3, with brokers saying "The city simply doesn't have office space to meet the demand."

Adding to Miami's megastar list, architectural digest reporting, famed singer and actress Diana ross buying a $15.5-million-dollar waterfront home on San Marco island here in the magic city. The jaw-dropping property home to a five-bedroom five-bath mansion overlooking Biscayne Bay.
