On the Scene: Cervera 2017 Top Producer Circle Induction

Cervera's best-of-the-best gathered in Miami's majestic Coconut Grove last night to celebrate the firm's 2017 Top Producer Circle Induction Ceremony, honoring the efforts of the firm's highest producing sales associates.  Overlooking the waters of Biscayne Bay, the event took place at The Markers Grove Isle, which launched sales January 2018 and is the latest pre-construction luxury condominium to be exclusively represented and sold by Cervera Real Estate.

Alicia Cervera, Founder and Chairman, joined by Veronica Cervera Goeseke, CEO, and Alicia Cervera Lamadrid, Managing Partner, led the ceremonies alongside members of Cervera's executive team, including: Javier Cervera, Principal; Jesse Ottley, President of Development Sales; Alicia Lamadrid, Director of Development Sales; and Alexandra Goeseke, Director of General Real Estate Sales.

For the sixth year in a row, Perla Machaen took home the top honors as the number one producer in general real estate sales. Machaen, a specialist in the Mexican market, closed more than $28.5 million in sales in 2017.

In total, only 53 individuals met the strict criteria to qualify for admission into the elite group, which is comprised of the top of the top from the firm's General Real Estate and Development Sales Divisions. They represent the most talented professionals within the most competitive market of one of the most sought after destinations in the world: Miami.
