The Ocean Resort Residences at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach now open

Miami's little sister to the North recently ranked as the 6th Most Investable Real Estate market on PWC's "2017 Emerging Trends in Real Estate" study (jumping ahead 29 spots from 2016).
