At the top of Miami-Dade luxury condo sales last week was unit LPH4S at Oceana Key Biscayne, a lower penthouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and ocean views. Listing agent Blanca Rivero of Cervera Real Estate closed the $3.42 million deal after the unit spent 194 days on the market, proving that failure cannot cope with patience and persistence. Its purchase price breaks down to $2,004 per square foot.

Oceana Key Biscayne was completed late 2014. The sleek glass tower designed by Arquitectonica sits directly on the beach facing the Atlantic Ocean. Its 142 residences vary in size from 1750 Square Feet to 7500 Square Feet.
