Aqua Allison Island Spear Condos

The Spear Condo building in AQUA Allison Island is one of three mid-rise condominium towers located on the property.  The building was designed by renowned architect Alison Spear and is composed of a 60-unit condo.

The Spear is designed as two linked buildings to offer corner exposures, cross ventilation and exciting views in nearly every apartment. Serving as the Spear's visual focus, a sculptural covered driveway frames the spectacular entrance and extends along the axis of the lobby, linking its front to a veranda facing the water. The light-filled lobby features contemporary furniture and art. On the ground floor, two-level loft residences have private patios. Penthouses have large spaces with high ceilings and wrap-around balconies. The Spear faces the landscaped neighborhood square on one side, and the island waterside promenade on the other.

AQUA Allison Island is an 8.5 acre pedestrian-oriented island village built in 2004 located in Miami Beach. AQUA Allison Island has a large array of amenities suited to meet resident’s needs. The community offers a heated pool with lap lanes, children’s pool, whirlpool, landscaped park and pedestrian and jogging paths. A neighborhood store is conveniently located on the property where you can find grocery items, newspapers, and a dry cleaning station. Fabulous views surround the condos making life on the island even more enjoyable. The units are divided in three mid-size buildings, all designed by different design firms and each with their own distinctive names; Chatam, Gorlin and Spear.

AQUA features three mid-rise condos that are as impressive as the architects who share their names. The Chatham, Spear and Gorlin buildings were each created to maximize views, minimize scale and stand in sharp contrast to the dominance of the giant towers that now define South Beach.
